Treatment Areas
unlocking strength, restoring balance
No matter what brings you to therapy, you deserve a space where you feel seen, supported, and respected. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and develop strategies to help you move forward.
If you’re feeling stuck, you might recognize:
✔ Struggles in relationships
✔ Feeling disconnected from your work or goals
✔ Difficulty focusing on what truly matters
✔ Constant worry about what could go wrong
I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, and chronic or terminal illness. My approach is tailored to each client, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy.
Anxiety
Anxiety can be helpful—but when it’s constant or overwhelming, it can disrupt your life. Many people with anxiety feel stuck in worry and fear. I help clients build self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and regain a sense of control. Learn how to manage anxiety with confidence. Learn more about anxiety here.
Chronic Illness and Caregiver Fatigue
A chronic or terminal diagnosis changes everything, bringing uncertainty and loss of control. Whether you’re navigating your own illness or caring for a loved one, you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a space to process the emotional impact, develop healthy coping strategies, and reconnect with your identity and values—even in the face of the unknown. Learn more about the importance of therapy in chronic illness here.
Grief and Loss
Loss is an inevitable part of life, but that doesn’t make it any less painful. Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain. I provide a compassionate space to process your loss, make sense of your experience, and begin to rebuild—while honoring the love and memories that remain. Learn more about grief here.
Professional Burnout in Healthcare Workers
Working in healthcare, particularly since Covid-19, has become increasingly relentless and all-consuming. The ever tenuous balance between providing compassionate patient centered care and working within a large healthcare system has left many providers feeling confused and frustrated. I work with front-line clinicians to enhance their self identity away from work, identify where they can set boundaries, and build stress management skills.
